Service delivery: Services are delivered digitally (video call, email and shared documents). After purchase, we contact you within 1 business day to schedule. Most sessions are delivered within 1–5 business days.
What you receive: Depending on the service, you will receive a scheduled session and/or a written summary with recommendations and next steps.
Cancellations: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel before work begins, we may issue a full or partial refund in line with our Refund Policy (see Terms & Conditions).
